Is materialism the only reality?

“The day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence.” – Nikola Tesla

Powerful words. As long as mainstream science is resisting to study non-physical phenomena, there won’t be any big leap forward. Old beliefs and dogmas are holding the world back from making another great scientific jump.  But times are changing. More and more scientist are tapping into a so-called post-materialism and are not afraid to drop their beliefs and see things from a new perspective. More and more people are realizing that there is more than the eye can see.

Here I would like to share with you the latest podcast from Collective Evolution: “The Next Great Scientific Revolution Is Upon Us. And It’s Freaking People Out.”

Not believing what has been said? Many scientists who are spreading this message were once very rational themselves. Until they had the first-person experience which completely changed their worldview. There is also a story although I don’t remember how it was, but the point was:

One guy goes on a long journey and experiences something which he thought is impossible. When he comes back, he starts to talk about it. All his friends think he is stupid and he is just fantasizing. He tells them, go and see for yourself but the journey is hard and it will take a long time. No one is willing to leave their comfort zone and keep thinking that it is just his imagination and a lie. Until he finally can persuade another fellow to go on the journey. The second guy has the same experience and realizes that his friend told them the truth. Now He goes back and starts to share his experience. But he faces the same fate. All his friends think he has lost his mind and are not believing anything he says.

Our beliefs are rooted very deep in our mind and it is very hard to let go of them. And usually, we need to experience something big which shatters our old beliefs and changes our perception of the world. Always be open minded no matter how unbelievable it may seem first.
